Shipping and Returns
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email also confirms that your card has been charged for the said amount. This email will act as your receipt, so please save it for your records.
If you order during business hours, our team will immediately start processing your order and begin shipment as soon as possible. If you order after business hours or on the weekend, we will begin processing your order on the following business day. If you happen to order something that is out of stock, we will get in touch with you and notify you and give you an estimation of when it will be back in stock.
Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing before items are shipped out. Transit times for ground shipments usually vary between 2-5 business days. For freight shipments, please allow 2-8 business days.
Please thoroughly inspect the item upon delivery and ensure that it is in working order. If you see any damages, please make note of it before signing. Please take pictures of any damages and send it to email@example.com and we will process a return immediately.
You have 30 days from the time of ordering to return your product. We will send the money back once we receive the returned item to our warehouse. The customer is required to pay return shipping. All returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
